The State College of Florida (SCF) Coding Academy has officially expanded and rebranded as the SCF Advanced Technology Center — a dynamic hub designed to support our growing community with even more opportunities in technology, education, and innovation.
While the SCF Coding Academy remains a core part of what we do, providing hands-on coding bootcamps and workforce training for in-demand tech skills, the Advanced Technology Center now brings together four programs to serve learners of all ages and skill levels:

The Advanced Technology Center continues to offer industry-leading STEM training programs to help you gain the skills you need for the job you want. - Educator Professional Development Institute – STEM Programs and FLDOE Credentials for Teachers
Helping teachers stay ahead in the classroom with training focused on integrating the latest technology and teaching methods. Participants earn industry certifications. - Emerging Technology Lab – Makerspace and Fabrication Lab for Prototypes and Fun
A collaborative space to explore cutting-edge fields like artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, virtual reality, and more. - Youth + Innovation STEM Programs – Pre-College Workshops and Computer Science for Students
